The EziBuy normal returns policy does not apply to personalized products. You may return an item to the company within 30 days after you get it. Original tags should still be attached to the item and a returns form must be completed. If you need to reorder the item then you’d either submit a completed form or call up the company, but there is no need to do both.
Occasionally, an item may need to be backordered. You can leave it on backorder and you’ll be advised as to when the company expects to be able to send it to you. If you’ve received one item and a later one is to be sent on backorder then there will be no additional delivery costs for that. Sometimes you can be put on a waiting list for an item but delivery is not guaranteed. You may stay on the waiting list for up to six weeks. If it’s not available after six weeks, then your order will be canceled automatically.
