I went to SeekBooks.com.au in search of books on meditation and self hypnosis thinking it would be hard to come up with this type of book or CD series. Seek Books came up with so many matches to my search criteria that I couldn’t possibly make a choice so I had to narrow my search again by deciding which, self hypnosis or meditation or CD set or printed book.
The Seek books site is easy to navigate and search with but they have so many choices that it does take awhile to make a decision. I wanted to find self hypnosis books and CD’s as well as the like on meditation because sometimes when I am alone at night with the kids I get anxiety spells. I read an online article about phobias, fear and anxiety and how such issues can perpetuate. The sites at the end of the article had Seek Books for further information so Seeks Books is where I went. The article was pointing to more information about fear but the article mentioned about self hypnosis and meditation as well as some NLP thing as a way to control anxiety. I am totally happy with Seek books even though I haven’t made a decision on where I want to start yet. I have two CD Books picked out so far but I want to look around the Seek Books site some more before I make a decision.
